Cajun Corn Chowder
Sweet corn, potato, carrot, celery, onion, tomato, and herbs in a creamy white stock.
Sliced tomato and scallions with piquant vinaigrette.
Choose from the following entrees:

Fried Chicken with Barber’s sauce
Chicken breast dredged in spiced flour and fried topped with a savory and spicy red relish served with a side of baked yams and greens.
Zucchini, pepper, and squash layered with rice, cheddar cheese, mushroom, fired onion, and cream baked and served with a side of collard greens and cream infused polenta.
Blackened Red Snapper
Red Snapper fillet rubbed with spices and pan seared served with dirty rice and greens
Shrimp, smoked cajun sausage , peppers, onion, celery, capers, and tomato, combined with rice and stock with a garlic and Cajun spice base side of greens.
Uncle Jimmy’s Barbeque Pork Chops
Jordandal farms pork chops marinated in homemade sauce grilled and simmered in the oven served with special mac and cheese.
