Spaghetti con salsa Bolognese
Jordandal farms sausage and pork, porcini mushrooms, onion, carrots, celery, and tomato in a red wine and cream sauce served with spaghetti.
Seafood Stew with mussels, shrimp, clamss, white fish, green and red pepper,, onion, celery, fresh tomato, fennel seed, garlic, white wine.
Fresh bread dough rolled with roasted red pepper, sundried tomato, steamed cauliflower, olives, wilted spinach and provolone cheese oven baked and sliced in rounds served with fagiolini al pomodoro (green beans in red marinara sauce).
Bistecca alla Scaloppine
Sliced steak dredged in spiced flour seared in olive oil with crimini mushrooms and simmered in white wine. Served over rosemary garlic infused polenta with a side of green beans.
Parmigiana di Melanzane
A Baked eggplant dish with layers of tomato/ basil/ garlic sauce golden fried eggplant and mozzarella cheese.
