Caramelized onion with a savory stock and an infusion of whipped yogurt served warm
Bulgur wheat salad with greens, cucumbers, tomatoes, scallions, sumac, parsley and a lemony vinaigrette dressing

Chicken marinated with yogurt and fresh mint skewered and grilled served over rice pilav with grilled vegetables.
Steak with Hunkar Begendi
Marinated Jordandal farms ribeye steak grilled and served with a roasted eggplant béchamel sauce. Served with rice pilav and grilled vegetables.
Eggplant, onion, green and red pepper, with tomato all roasted and combined with herbs and walnuts layered with fillo dough and baked golden . Served with rice pilav and yogurt sauce.
Turkish Marinated Salmon
Wild caught sockeye salmon steak marinated in a paprika bay and white wine puree, oven roasted. Served with rice pilsv.
