Pescado en Salsa Mojito Isleño
Sea bass rubbed with adobo and olive oil fried in a garlic and parsley butter and finished with a peppery tomato salsa. Side of green salad.

Fricassé Pollo
Chicken with potato, onion, carrot, raisin, olives, and red pepper in a savory rum infused salsa. Side of Rice.

Cous cous Marekesh
Zucchini, carrot, peppers, yam, tomato, Turkish apricot, apple, pear, and lentil braised in their own juices with spices (cardamom, cinnamon, coriander, nutmeg) tagine style topped yogurt sauce served with rice.

Grilled Jordandal Pork Chop
Jordandal farms pork chop marinated in a special sauce grilled and topped with honey Dijon sauce served with potato salad.

Tofu Spinach Sauteé
Hard tofu, spinach, onion, leeks, tomato, and organic mushrooms pan sautéed with lemon, and spices at high heat by the order and served with a side of rice.
