What I learned from Tabo and Yoshi when I lived in Vancouver. A limited knowledge of asian cuisine ( my friends were Japanese), enough to improvise based on some dishes they taught me.

Sweet and Sour Shrimp
Shrimp sautéed with pineapple, onion, tomato, and celery simmered in a prepared sweet and spicy sauce. Served with sesame fried brown basmati rice.

Salmon slices quick fried in oil with onion, carrot, celery, and apple finished in a soy honey ginger sauce. sesame fried brown basmati rice.

Sliced chicken breast cooked with raw peanut, onion, carrot, broccoli, ginger, and dark reduction sauce. with sesame fried brown basmati rice.
