Whipped avocado with plantain chips

A vegetarian soup with squash, sweet potato, onion, mango, sweet peppers, cilantro, and vegetable stock with coconut milk.

Melon Salad
Green melon, green pepper, cilantro, and lime juice

Pollo Fricasé (Puerto Rico)
Chicken with onion, tomato, olives, and red pepper in a savory salsa served with special rice.

Camarones con salsa de mango (Cuba)
Shrimp sautéed in butter and finished with a lime infused fresh mango salsa. Served with special rice

Pasta Kerkennaise (Tunisa)
A spicy red sauce tossed with spaghetti topped with sliced grilled eggplant and parmesan cheese. Vegetarian $15.95

Frijoles Negros Cubano
Cooked black beans, onion, green pepper, oregano, bay leaf, sugar, and tomato. Served with Special rice.
