Grilled Jordandal Pork Chop
Jordandal farms pork chop marinated in a special sauce grilled and topped with a Dijon honey glaze served with sweet potato salad.
Tunisisan Tagine
Cake like dish with eggplant, red and green bell pepper, onion, shallots, zucchini, and cilantro (aromatic herbs) with yogurt sauce served with special rice.
Beef with a dark fruit sauce
Jordandal grass fed beef sautéed in olive oil with onion and finished in a sweet sauce infused with poached dried fruit (raisin, prune, fig) served with special rice.
Piri Piri
Shrimp sautéed with onion, red and green pepper, carrot, celery, and tomato tossed with a spicy pepper sauce. Served with special rice.
Albondigas Pasta (Spanish meatball)
Penne pasta tossed with pan seared Spanish meatballs in a spicy red sauce.
