Second Course
Mexican red salad
Gazpacheo soup

Barbequed Beef Ribs
Jordandal Beef ribs marinated in a special sauce and grilled . Served with Potato salad.

Grilled prawns
Larged sea prawns marinated in a citric sauce and grilled Served with green melon salad.

Chicken Pirir Piri
Chicken sautéed with vegetables and tomato finished with a spicy sauce. Served with potato salad.

Tunisian Tagine
Cake like dish with eggplant, red and green bell pepper, onion, shallots, zucchini, and cilantro (aromatic herbs) with yogurt sauce served with couscous.
