Jordandal farms pork chop marinated in a special sauce grilled and topped with a Dijon honey glaze served with pan cooked potatoes.

Tunisisan Tagine
Cake like dish with eggplant, red and green bell pepper, onion, shallots, zucchini, and cilantro (aromatic herbs) with yogurt sauce served with polenta

Grilled Salmon
Salmon wrapped in a grape leaf wrapped in a grape leaf grilled and topped with a roasted pear sauce sauce. Served with pan cooked potatoes.

Piri Piri
Shrimp sautéed with onion, red and green pepper, carrot, celery, and tomato tossed with a spicy pepper sauce. Served with polenta

Traditional grilled eggplant casserole with tofu, tomato, and a rich béchamel sauce topped with a crisp cheese and bread crust.

Mediterranean Chicken
Chicken Breast marinated in olive with garlic and lemon oven roasted served with polenta.
