Grilled Jordandal Pork Chop
Jordandal farms pork chop marinated in a special sauce grilled and topped with a Dijon honey glaze served with sweet potato salad.

Spinach, Organic oyster mushrooms, onion, lemon, and sundried tomato topped with yogurt sauce served with special rice.

Pollo Fricasé
Chicken with onion, tomato, olives, and red pepper in a savory salsa served with special rice.

Turkish Seafood Stew
Red snapper, blue marlin, shrimp, clams, sundried tomato, celery, potato, leek, and red pepper with a spicy paprika/bay sauce.

Chciken Pasta salad
Penne pasta tossed with diced carrot, celery, apple, pear, red onion, walnuts, and a Dijon vinaigrette dressing topped with grilled chicken breast..

Bolitas (deep fried marlin)
Blue marlin shaken in a spiced flour and bread crumb combination and fried in canola oil served with a special mayonnaise dipping sauce with a side of special rice.
