Wine dinner Torres (Spain)

Marinated olives
Huevos Rellenos

Second Course
Ensaladilla Rusa
Gazpacheo soup
Ajo Colorado

Pinchitos de carne
Thinly sliced steak pan sautéed finished with a dark fruit sauce.

Hojaldre con crema de cabrales
Puff pastry shell with a whipped blue cheese, walnut and apple stuffing topped with sautéed organic oyster mushrooms and onion.

Porc a la Bon Appetit
Pork Chop rubbed with olive oil and salt roasted with fresh rosemary and garlic topped with a Dijon honey sauce.

Albondigas con amogrote
Meatballs browned in olive oil and served with a roasted red pepper cheese sauce.

Tunisian Tagine
Cake like dish with eggplant, red and green bell pepper, onion, shallots, zucchini, and cilantro (aromatic herbs) with yogurt sauce served with special rice.

Piri Piri
Shrimp sautéed with onion, red and green pepper, carrot, celery, and tomato tossed with a spicy pepper sauce. Served with special rice.
