Grilled Jordandal Pork Chop
Jordandal farms pork chop marinated in a special sauce grilled and topped with a Dijon honey glaze served with spicy red potatoes.

Spinach, Organic oyster mushrooms, onion, lemon, and sundried tomato topped with yogurt sauce served with special rice.

Pollo Fricasé
Chicken with onion, tomato, olives, and red pepper in a savory salsa served with special rice.

Turkish Seafood Stew
Red snapper, blue marlin, shrimp, clams, sundried tomato, celery, potato, leek, and red pepper with a spicy paprika/bay sauce.

Grilled Salmon
Salmon wrapped in a grape leaf wrapped in a grape leaf grilled and topped with a roasted pear sauce sauce. Served with special rice.
