Red Beans cooked with onion, green pepper, celery spices(thyme, bay, oregano, garlic, etc) reduced down and added cayenne, Tabasco, and secret herbs with rice.
Cabbage roll Szablocs
Vegetarian stuffed cabbage leaves (beans, tofu, onion, rice, and cheese) in tomato stock topped with sauerkraut and shredded cabbage with sour cream.
Barbequed pork tostada
Jordandal pork tenderloin pan sautéed with onion, carrot, green pepper, red pepper, and caelery finished in a tangy homemade barbeque sauce served on a crisp tortilla with sliced tomato and shredded lettuce topped with grated cheese.
