Argentine Empananda
Wrapped pastry with a stuffing of garbanzo, green pepper, onion, raisin, minced hard boiled egg, green onions, and olives). Side of rice.

Short Ribs with Chimichurri Sauce
Jordandal beef back ribs marinated in an Argentine sauce grilled then oven braised and served rice.

Chilean Chicken
Chicken breast spice rubbed and baked finished with a piquant sauce(bell pepper, onion, garlic, honey, basil, rosemary, oregano, Tabasco). Served with rice

Brazilian Marinated SalmonSalmon steak marinated in citric and garlic dry rubbed with a sweet chili paste and broiled. Served with rice. $16.95
