Smoked slab bacon crisp fried on a toasted bun with tomato, lettuce and (optional) one fried egg with mayonnaise. Served with fruit or Spanish potato salad.

Mushroom, onion, roasted red bell pepper, leek, roasted walnuts on a sweet bread crust with gruyere cheese.

Chilaquiles Verde
Two eggs poached in a spicy green salsa over homemade tortilla chips. Topped with feta cheese and sour cream. Served with your choice of piyaz, Spanish potato salad, or fruit.

Tortilla Espanol
Pan sautéed dish with whipped eggs with potato, onion, leeks, and red pepper. Served with fruit and Served with your choice with Spanish potato salad or piyaz.

Shrimp Pasta
Shrimp, mandarin oranges, walnuts, caramelized onion, and green pepper over bow tie pasta with a spicy Dijon vinaigrette dressing.

Sour Dough French Toast
Sourdough bread dipped in cinnamon egg batter pan fried with banana topped with real maple syrup.

Sundried Tomato parmesan Omelette
An oven baked dish with whipped eggs, leeks, onion sundried tomato, and parmesan cheese.
