Appetizer Cheese plate with flat bread
Several cheeses served with homemade bread

Tomato fig (Spain)
Kisir (Turkey)
Bulgar wheat salad with tomato, dill pickle. cucumber, red onion, shredded lettuce, and a tomato vinaigrette dressing.

Choose from the following entrees:(Dinner price includes the first three courses. Dessert not included)

Tofu Piri Piri (Portugal)
Tofu sautéed in olive oil with leek, onion, carrots, celery, peppers, and tomato with Portuguese piri piri paste and cinnamon side of rice.

Torte (France)
Mushroom, onion, roasted red bell pepper, leek, roasted walnuts on a sweet bread crust with gruyere cheese.

Fruita di Mare (Italy)
Shrimp, mussels, clams, scallops, and white fish in a savory red sauce finished with Arborio rice.

Albondigas (Spain)
Sirloin meatballs pan seared served with a pepper cheese sauce and a side of rice.

Musa " a 'a (Egypt)
Roasted eggplant with feta cheese and tomato served with grilled spicy Chicken skewers with couscous.
