Brazil’s famous black bean stew pork chop, sausage, slab bacon, celery, green pepper, onion, garlic, cilantro, and hot peppers. Served with rice.
Bahia style Beer roasted chicken
Chicken breast marinated with dark beer bay leaf, onions, and herbs oven roasted and served with a reduced beer sauce. Served with rice.
Tomato, yam, pear, mango, carrot, squash, red pepper, and green pepper in a spicy coconut milk/ vegetable stock base. Served with rice
Brazilian Marinated SalmonSalmon steak marinated in citric and garlic dry rubbed with a sweet chili paste and broiled. Served with rice.
Bahia style shrimp
Shrimp pan sautéed with onion, tomato, and cilantro finished with coconut milk and mashed plantain. Served with rice.
