Pan seared Pork Tenderloin
Jordandal pork tenderloin medallions pan sautéed with a chimcurri sauce. Served with Piyaz.
Bahia style Beer roasted chicken
Chicken breast marinated with dark beer bay leaf, onions, and herbs oven roasted and served with a reduced beer sauce. Served with rice.
Shrimp, Clams, salmon, tomato, yam, pear, mango, carrot, squash, red pepper, and green pepper in a spicy coconut milk/ vegetable stock base. Served with rice
Garbanzo Bean Stew
Garbanzo beans, sautéed with red pepper, onion, celery, carrot, spicy paprika, lemon, cumin, and topped with garlic/mint yogurt sauce. Served with a side of rice
Brazilian Marinated SalmonSalmon steak marinated in citric and garlic dry rubbed with a sweet chili paste and broiled. Served with rice salad.
