Spinach sautéed with mushroom, onion, tomato, and tofu. Served with yogurt sauce and rice.

Tabo’s Shrimp
Shrimp quick fried in oil with onion, carrot, and pear finished in a hot honey ginger sauce. Side of rice

Cerdo con Salsa Piquante
Jordandal pork loin rubbed with an oregano garlic rub slow baked and finished with a roasted pepper sauce. Served with Spanish potato salad.

Chilean Chicken
Chicken breast spice rubbed and baked finished with a piquant sauce(bell pepper, onion, garlic, honey, basil, rosemary, oregano, Tabasco). Served with rice

Short Ribs with Chimichurri Sauce
Jordandal beef back ribs marinated in an Argentine sauce grilled then oven braised and served Spanish potato salad.

Tagine Marekesh
Carrot, bell peppers, yam, tomato, date, apple, pear, and lentil braised in their own juices with spices (cardamom, cinnamon, coriander, nutmeg) tagine style topped yogurt sauce. Served with couscous.
