Black bean beans cooked with herbs, tomato, green pepper, leeks, celery, onion, garlic, cilantro and lime. Served with white rice.
Pork and Clam Stew
ubed jordandal pork loin simmered with sweet potato, carrot, green pepper, onion, celery, leek, pear, and tomato.
Brazillian Barbqued Salmon
Salmon marinated in citric dry rubbed with a sweet and spicy combination of brown sugar and herbs oven roasted served with rice.
Brazillian crepe stuffed with spinach, onion, blue cheese served with yam fries.
