A two crusted polenta dough pie with mushrooms, carrots, leeks, peppers in a red sauce with Italian sausage topped with a bechemal sauce bread crumbs and parmesan cheese.

Spaghetti with zucchini, onion, leeks, fresh basil and tomato tossed with olive oil and parmesan cheese.

Blackened Salmon
Bering sea wild caught salmon fillet dry rubbed with spices and pan seared topped with aioli lemon sauce and served over Sweet potato fries.

Grilled Pork Chop
Jordandal pork chop spice rubbed and grilled topped with aioli. Served with fried potatoes

Pork and Clam Stew
Cubed jordandal pork loin simmered with sweet potato, carrot, green pepper, onion, celery, leek, pear, and tomato.
