Dessert not included) All entrees served as platters with small portions of salad and couscous Bouillabaisse White fish clams, mussels and shrimp with vegetables in a savory stock. 16.95 Couscous Marseille Yam carrot, peppers, pea, squash, tomato, onion, leeks, and carrots braised in their own juices with saffron and lemon zest, served with couscous. 13.95 French Grilled Pork Chop Jordandal Pork Chop marinated and grilled topped with Hachée Sauce served with pan roasted potatoes 15.95 Beef Bourguignon Jordandal sirloin tip roast simmered with carrot, onion, and mushrooms in a sauce infused with red wine and brandy. Served with rice 17.95 Poulet au Riz Chicken pan fried and simmered with rice, onion, garlic, and peppers in a creamy white wine sauce. 15.95
