Valentine Weekend Dinner Menu


Appetizer
Feta and sundried tomato basil spread
with flatbread and grilled mushroom paté

Soup
Tomato fig soup

Salad
Strawberry avocado salad

Entrees
Braised Rosemary Pork Chops

Marinated center Jordandal Pork Chops oven braised with white wine and fresh roasemary topped with an au jus sauce served with special rice.

Pollo con Mole
Chicken breast pan seared and simmered in a dark chocolate infused mole salsa served with special rice.

Crimini Pasta
Crimini mushrooms tossed with, roasted walnuts leeks, and a savory tomato sauce topped with fresh grated parmesan cheese served over penne pasta.

Tourte
A pastry stuffed with roasted squash, tart apple, shallot, and parmesan cheese.

Mango Shrimp
Shrimp rubbed marinated with garlic, white wine, and lemon zestl fried in a garlic and parsley butter and finished with a sweet mango coconut sauce served with special rice.

Tabo’s Salmon Stir fry
Wild caught sockeye salmon pan sautéed with fresh ginger, celery, onion, and scallions tossed with soya sauce, honey, and dash of rice wine vinegar with special rice.

Tagine
Tomato, onion, green and red pepper, butternut squash, yam, lentil, pear, apple, dates, apricots, raisins, and mild chilies, cinnamon, honey, saffron, mint, cardamom, and coriander. Served with yogurt sauce and couscous.
