Jordandal ribeye steak grilled and served with a roasted eggplant béchamel sauce. Served with special rice

Eggplant, carrot, peppers, yam, tomato, butternut squash, date, apple, pear, and lentil braised in their own juices with spices (cardamom, cinnamon, coriander, nutmeg) tagine style topped yogurt sauce. Served with couscous $15.95

Braised Rosemary Pork Chops
Marinated center Jordandal Pork Chops oven braised with white wine and fresh roasemary topped with an au jus sauce served with special rice.

Rissotto Fruita de Mari
Scallops and shrimp in a light white sauce with Arborio rice (cooked with celery, onion, leek, and fresh herbs).

Cajun Pasta
Cajun sausage with onion, leek, zucchini, and green pepper in a spicy red sauce served with penne pasta.
