Two eggs poached in a spicy red salsa over homemade tortilla chips. Topped with feta cheese and sour cream. Served with piyaz salad.

Brat Pita
Jordandal Italian brat grilled and served on pita with lettuce and tomato spicy salsa. Served with a green salad or garlic potatoes.

Chorizo and eggs
Whipped eggs, onion, and Mexican chorizo pan fried. Served with piyaz salad and your choice tomato marbled polenta or garlic potatoes.

Pollo fricasé
Chicken with onion, tomato, carrots, leeks, peas, celery, and red pepper in a savory salsa served with white rice.

Lecsó with eggs
Eggs cooked with peppers and tomato in an onion paprika sauce. Served with fruit and your choice of tomato marbled polenta or potatoes.
