Bon Appetit Café

Chilaquiles Roja
Two eggs poached in a spicy red salsa over homemade tortilla chips. Topped with feta cheese and sour cream. Served with piyaz salad.

Polenta Pasticciata
Layers of polenta stuffed with spinach, kale, hard boiled egg, caramelized onion and béchamel topped with parmesan cheese and baked golden. Served with green salad.

Tunisian Tortilla
Tagine baked dish with whipped eggs with butternut squash, cilantro, potato, onion, leeks, and red pepper. Served with piyaz and your choice of rosemary garlic polenta or potatoes.

Chorizo and eggs
Whipped eggs, onion, green pepper, and Mexican chorizo pan fried. Served with piyaz and your choice polenta or garlic potatoes.

Tavukla Pita
Chicken marinated with yogurt and fresh mint and grilled served on pita with grilled vegetables and yogurt sauce side of garlic potatoes..

Salmon Cakes
Poached salmon combined with celery, onion, cilantro, green pepper, and Arborio rice formed into cakes pan sautéed served with an aioli mayonnaise. Served with piyaz and your choice of rosemary garlic polenta or potato.

Brat Pita
Jordandal Italian brat grilled and served on pita with lettuce and tomato spicy salsa. Served with a green salad or garlic poatoes.

Bon Appetit Blt
Smoked slab bacon crisp fried on a toasted bun with tomato, lettuce and (optional) one fried egg with mayonnaise. Served with fPiyaz or rosemary garlic potato.
