First Course
Tomato Coulis with toast

Second Course
Persian Bean soup or Tabouli

Eggplant Moussaka
Grilled eggplant layered with a tomato sauce (onion and feta) and topped with homemade bread crumbs and béchamel sauce baked and served with dressed arugula.

Creole Scallops
Scallops pan sautéed finished with a spicy cream sauce served with rice.

Wrapped Salmon
Bering sea wild caught salmon fillet rubbed with a spices wrapped in fillo dough with poached leeks, lemon zest, and fresh parsley baked golden and served with dressed arugula.

Grilled Pork Chop
Jordandal pork chop spice rubbed and grilled topped with aioli. Served with mashed potatoes.
