Poulet Grille a la Provencal(France)
Chicken Breast cubed and marinated in fresh herbs, lemon, and olive oil skewered and grilled served with couscous.
Pasta (France)
Braised mushrooms, onion, zucchini, and tomato with fresh pesto over pasta.
Grilled Prawns (Spain)
Grilled fresh water prawns with and aioli sauce served with green salad.
Roti de Porc a la Toulonaise(France)
Slow roasted whole tenderloin stuffed with garlic pasted olives and fresh sage sliced and served with an au jus sauce.
