Spanish Wine dinner

Tomato/tapenade/cheese dips with crackers

Second Course
rice salad
Spanish potato salad
Cold soup (gazapacheo and beet)


Grilled Shrimp Skewer
Large shrimp marinated in a lime/garlic/olive oil grilled and served with fresh salsa and rice.

Grilled Jordandal Ribeye
Jordandal grass fed steak grilled topped with a piquant and served with rice.

Oven roasted wild caught Sockeye Salmon
Wild caught sockeye salmon steak citric marinated and oven roasted with an orange glaze served with served with rice.

Grilled Jordandal Pork Chop
Jordandal farms pork chop marinated in a special sauce grilled and topped with a Dijon honey glaze served with spicy red potatoes.

Spanish Ratatouille
Eggplant, peppers, tomato, onion, and mushrooms braised in their own juices with spices (paprika, garlic, thyme) and white wine. Served with rice.
