July 28, 2009: French Picnic

Coulis de Tomates
Fresh tomato preserve with crackers.

Cold beet cream soup

Caesar Salad

Choose from the following entrees:
(Entrees served with salad course. Dinner price includes the first three courses. Dessert not included)

Vegetarian plate
Portions of risotto d’ete (Arborio rice with green beans and peas), grilled marinated mushrooms, grilled eggplant, piments doux au gratin (red pepper gratin).

Crevettes sauté a la Provencale
Shrimp sautéed with onion and tomato finished with white wine and fresh herbs garnished with black olives. Side of French rice salad.

Grillade de Boeuf
Marinated ribeye steak grilled served with a piquant sauce. Served with tomato marbled polenta

Porc aux sauce Hachee
Marinated jordandal farms pork chop grilled and accompanied with a sauce with mushrooms, capers, anchovy, and shallots spiced with cayenne and vinegar. served with tomato marbled polenta.
