Spinach /feta pastry
A soup of tomato, squash, carrots, shredded pear, and peppers in a sweet and spicy base.
Shredded cabbage with spicy dressing.
Choose from the following entrees:

White fish with charmoula sauce
Flour dredged cod filet fried in olive oil and topped with a lemony cilantro infused sauce.
Jordandal ground sirloin, carrot, peppers, tomato, onion, pear, and celery braised in their own juices with piquant spices (chili, cinnamon, garlic, oregano) topped yogurt sauce.
Roasted eggplant with tofu, green pepper, feta cheese and tomato sauce baked in the oven.
Turkish Salmon pasta
Salmon sautéed with onion and red peppers finished in a paprika cream sauce tossed with penne pasta.
