Cucmber salad with rice wine vinaigrette
Choose from the following entrees:

Shrimp sweet and sour sauce
Shrimp pan sautéed with scallions, onion, and ginger finished in a homemade sweet and sour sauce served with rice.

Beef and Vegetables
Jordandal steak pan sautéed with onion, carrot, bok choy, green peas, and green beans finished with sesame/ garlic/honey sauce. Served over rice.
