Oven baked vegetarian dish with corn, onions, zucchini, red and green bell pepper, tomato, raisin and hard boiled egg layered with a corn cream sauce (ground corn, cream cheese, quesao fresco)
Arroz con Pollo Verde
Sliced chicken breast pan sautéed with onion, green pepper finished with a cilantro puree served over rice.
Empanada de Pino
Stuffed pastry (ground beef, raisin, onion, garlic, olives, hard cooked egg) oven baked golden served with fried yam
Caldillo de Pesce
White fish, clams, shrimp, and mussels simmered in a piquant tomato sauce(tomato, onion, garlic, chili) served over angel hair pasta.
