Bering sea wild caught salmon wrapped in a grape leaf grilled and served with a lemon currant sauce and rice.

Fried Cod
Bering sea wild caught cod steak batter dipped and fried in oil with served with mashed potatoes.

Eggplant, yam, onion, zucchini, celery, red and green bell pepper, pears, green beans, and green peas in a natural stock spiced with tomato, paprika, garlic, cumin, lemon, and laurel leaf. served with rice

Grilled Pork Chop
Jordandal pork chops marinated in sauce (paprika/olive oil/wine) and grilled topped with a honey mustard sauce. side of mashed potatoes .
