Roasted Pork with rosemary
Oven done pork roast rubbed with a paste of onion, rosemary, garlic, and salt/pepper served with potatoes.
Spaghetti with mushrooms, zucchini, leeks, fresh basil and fresh tomato tossed with olive oil and parmesan cheese.
