Wine Dinner Menu

First Course

Second Course
Tahini Cucumber salad
Butternut squash salad with walnuts and red onion
Tuscan tomato

Shrimp Pasta
Shrimp, fresh tomato, celery, and onion with white wine and herbs served over bowtie pasta.

Roasted Salmon
Bering sea wild caught King salmon oven roasted topped with Hungarian pepper sauce served with couscous.

Mushroom Risotto
Mushrooms, fennel bulb, roasted pears, and chives in a white sauce with cheese finished in Arborio rice.

Roasted Pork with rosemary
Oven done pork roast rubbed with a paste of onion, rosemary, garlic, and salt/pepper served with potatoes.
