wine dinner meal fri 3/26/10

a special wine dinner with Juan Guardia from Spanish European cellars..the meal and 6 wine tastes is 30 dollars without the wine 22

Traditional Spanish rice stew with shrimp, white fish, clams, and mussels.

Pollo al Melocotones
Chicken sautéed in butter finished with a peach wine sauce. Served with rice

Spanish meatballs pan fried with a eggplant bechemal sauce side of rice

Espinaca y Frijoles
Spinach sautéed with raisins, bread, onion, tomato, and hard cooked egg. Served with rice.
Braised Jordandal Pork Chop

Jordandal farms pork chop marinated and oven braised and topped with sweet pineapple sauce served with whipped potato.
