Bon Appetit Café

Chilaquiles Roja
Two eggs poached in a spicy red salsa over homemade tortilla chips. Topped with feta cheese and sour cream. Served with green salad.


Chorizo and eggs
Whipped eggs, onion, and Mexican chorizo pan fried. Served with fruit and your choice polenta or garlic potato.


Tortilla Espanol
Potato omelette with red pepper, leeks, and feta cheese. Served with greens and your choice polenta or potato.

Bon Appetit Blt
Smoked slab bacon crisp fried on a toasted Italian bread with tomato, lettuce and (optional) one fried egg with mayonnaise. Served with green salad or garlic potato.

Brazilian crepes stuffed with Mango and plantain topped with whipped cream. Served with garlic potato.

Hungarian scrambled eggs
Eggs cooked with peppers and tomato in an onion paprika sauce. Served with greens and polenta or garlic potato.

Green Eggs and Ham (sam I am)
Pan done omelette with jordandal cured ham, spinach, and cheese. Served with fruit and your choice of garlic potato or rosemary polenta.

Parmesan Omelette
Roasted mushrooms, onion, and parmesan cheese with whipped eggs oven baked and served with fruit rosemary garlic polenta or garlic potato.

Marcos’s Tostadas Mexicano
two corn tortillas with whipped bean spread and chorizo (optional) topped with homemade roasted spicy salsa, shredded lettuce, and parmesan cheese.
