Paella Catalan
Shrimp, corvina, squid, baby neck clams, chorizo, and black mussels cooked with red and green peppers, onion, garlic, saffron, green peas, and rice.
Jordandal Grilled Pork Chop
Jordandal farms pork chop marinated in a special sauce grilled and topped with a Dijon honey glaze served with roasted potatoes.
Jordandal Grilled Steak
Jordandal farms grass fed beef NY strip steak spiced and grilled topped with a roasted garlic mayonnaise. served with roasted potatoes.
Potaje de Garbanzos
Garbanzo beans, spinach, onion, almonds, bread, spinach, raisins, and fresh tomato tossed with olive oil and spices served with rice.
Grilled Salmon
Salmon wrapped in a grape leaf wrapped in a grape leaf grilled and topped with a currant lemon sauce. Served with rice.
Sultan’s Börek
A fillo pie with chicken, onion, green and red pepper, carrot, and kalamata olives, combined with feta and ricotta cheese and walnuts.
Polenta Pasticciata (Italy)
Layers of polenta and semolina dough stuffed with organic oyster mushroom, onion, and spinach and a bechemal sauce topped with parmesan cheese and baked til golden brown. Served with a green salad.
