Appetizer

Grilled prawns
Fresh water prawns marinated in a lime/garlic/olive oil grilled and served with mango salsa and rice.

Spicy Beef
Beef tenderloin slow cooked with onion, raisins, walnuts and finished in a dark spicy gravy served with rice.

Oven roasted BBq Salmon
Salmon steak citric marinated and rubbed with a sweet and spicy brown sugar and cinnamon based paste oven roasted and served with served with.

Tofu Spinach sautee
Hard tofu, spinach, onion, leeks, tomato, and organic mushrooms pan sautéed with lemon, and spices at high heat by the order and served with a side of rice.

Cous cous Marekesh
Butternut squash, carrot, peppers, yam, tomato, date, apple, pear, and lentil braised in their own juices with spices (cardamom, cinnamon, coriander, nutmeg) tagine style topped yogurt sauce.
