This is a course meal 20 dollars with a wine flight option six tastings for 10 dollars.

First Course
Mediterranean Plate

Second Course
Salad
Hungarian soup or spicy vegetarian or fig Salad

Entrée
Eggplant Moussaka
Eggplant grilled and layered with a tomato sauce (onion, green pepper, and mushrooms) and topped with bread crumbs and béchamel. Served with greens.

Mushroom Risotto
Shitake mushrooms pan sautéed with leeks, celery, pears, and pearl onion in a creamy sauce tossed with Arborio rice.

Fried Cod
Bering Sea wild caught pacific cod fillet dusted with flour and spices pan fried served with rice.

Balkan Stew
Yam, potatoes, onion, celery, carrot, red and green bell pepper, pears, white beans, and red lentils with natural stock spiced with paprika, garlic, cumin, lemon, and laurel leaf. served with rice and yogurt sauce.

Pasta
Spaghetti with shrimp and clams, onion, leeks, and tomato tossed with olive oil and parmesan cheese.

Puerto Rican
Jordandal farms pork loin marinated in white wine with spices oven braised and topped aioli served with mashed potatoes.
