Faux Asian Shrimp Pasta
Shrimp, asparagus, onion, peppers, and Bok Choy pan sautéed finished with a honey ginger/garlic soy sauce tossed with pasta.

Grilled Pork Chop
Jordandal pork chops marinated in sauce (paprika/olive oil/wine) and grilled topped with a aoli sauce. side of mashed potatoes .

Grilled Salmon
Bering sea wild caught salmon wraped in a grape leaf grilled topped with lemon currant sauce Served with rice.
