Poached salmon with onion, celery, parsley, and shaved carrot spiced with cumin and lemon. Served papas rjoas.
Pastry stuffed with ground beans, onion, and goat cheese quick fried and served with red salsa.
Spinach , cheese, onion, mushroom, and olive stuffed pastry served with a roasted red pepper cheese sauce.
Ground sirloin meatballs pan seared and finished in a ancho chili sauce served with chips and green rice.
