Tunisian Fish Fry
Flour dredged red snapper slices fried in plive oil served with spicy aioli sauce side of fatoush.
Polenta pie stuffed with roasted mushroom, caramelized onion, and beshemal sauce.
Meat sauce (ham, sirloin, pork, sausage) tossed with linguini pasta and touch of cream topped with parmesan cheese.
