Spinach, tofu, mushrooms, onion, lemon, and tomato with cumin and garlic served with basmati rice.

Red tomato sauce (zucchini and mushroom) with a tossed with linguini and provolone cheese.

Wild caught Sockeye Salmon
Wild caught salmon pan seared and finished in white wine sauce topped with aioli. Side of basmati rice

Jordandal Pork Chop
Jordandal farms pork chop marinated in white wine with spices oven braised and topped honey mustard sauce. Served with pan seared potato.

Cuban Hamburger
Jordandal ground sirloin infused with onion, milk soaked bread spiced with garlic, paprika, and cilantro. Served on a bun with lettuce and sundried tomato with special sauce. Side of homemade tortilla chips.

Vegetable Curry
Eggplant, green and red bell pepper, onion, green peas, zucchini, yam, and coconut simmered in a piquant curry sauce served with tomato couscous.
