Paprikás Csirke a la Marika
Chicken cooked with onion, bell pepper, and tomato with Hungarian paprika finished in a tangy sour cream sauce with polenta dumplings.

Oven roasted trout with a white sauce served with rice.

Jordandal pork chop marinated and grilled with a lesco sauce served with polenta dumplings.

Cabbage roll stuffed with garbanzo, onion, and rice poached in savory tomato stock over shredded cabbage.
