Grilled Jordandal Pork Chop
Jordandal farms pork chop marinated in a special sauce grilled and topped with a Dijon honey sauce served with sweet potato salad.
Pasta Primavera
Asparagus, zucchini, peas, pea pods, mushrooms, basil leaf, and tomato tossed with and a parmesan cream sauce.
Turkish Bouillabaisse
Fresh white fish, scallops, shrimp, scallops, mussels, and clams in a savory paprika and bay infused fish broth with potato, leek, and tomato.
Paprikás Csirke a la Marika
Chicken cooked with onion, bell pepper, and tomato with Hungarian paprika finished in a tangy sour cream sauce with rice.
Cabbage roll stuffed with garbanzo, onion, and rice poached in savory tomato stock over shredded cabbage.
Baked Trout
Oven roasted trout with a white sauce served with rice.
