Sautéed red and green bell peppers, zucchini, onion, eggplant, tomatoes and crimini mushroom, tossed with a fresh basil balsamic vinaigrette and parmesan cheese. Served with a side of French rice salad.
Fresh white fish, scallops, shrimp, and a savory saffron infused fish broth with potato, leek, and tomato served with bread and aioli sauce.
Porc aux sauce Hachee
Marinated jordandal farms pork chop grilled and accompanied with a sauce with capers, anchovy, and shallots spiced with cayenne and vinegar. served with tomato marbled polenta.
Poulet aux Chevre
Chicken breast stuffed with chevre cheese and sprigs of fresh basil served with a side of tomato marbled polenta.
