Moroccan platter: roasted red pepper humus, marinated olives, and feta, with pita bread

Second Course

Chiliean Chicken

Chicken breast oven roasted with a honey tomato herb sauce served with rice.

Jordandal Grilled Pork Chop
Jordandal farms pork chop marinated in a special sauce grilled and topped with a Dijon honey glaze served with rice.

Tofu Ispanak
Tofu pan seared with spinach, onion, mushrooms, and tomato topped with walnuts, and yogurt sauce. Served with rice.

Braised Beef Short Ribs
Jordandal farms Beef short ribs braised tender in natural juices with pears, onion, and garlic, honey, cumin, and brandy served with coleslaw.

Pan Seared Bass
Freshwater Bass marinated with onion, cilantro, and lime juice Pan seared and served with a mango salsa. Served with green melon salad
