Crimini mushrooms, shallots, and fresh tomato sauce tossed with bow tie pasta topped with parmesan cheese.

Blackened Salmon Salad
bering sea wild caught salmon pan seared and served on a bed of arugula with red onion, organic cucumber, and tomato (vinaigrette)

Jordandal Pork Chop
Jordandal farms pork chop marinated in white wine with garlic/paprika/salt and pepper grilled and topped with a mustard sauce side of black eyed pea salad.

Sirloin Burger con Molé
Jordandal farms ground sirloin patty pan seared and finished in a spicy Mexican ancho salsa served on a bun with lettuce, onion, avocado. and tomato. Side of potato salad.
